Stylist sitting when there are Haircuts to be done.

I walked in today, 11/24/2015 about 11:50 am. I was told there was a possible 30 min wait, that I did not mind. So I sat about 10 min and I noticed a stylist just sitting in one of the chairs. I thought maybe she has someone coming in, or lunch break or? She just sat in the chair reading and I am waiting for a haircut. She did not tell me anything that she could take me or not. So, I do not know the whole story nor was I was I told anything. So I said to the other stylist I was leaving and I did and went and got a haircut immediately so I will not ever go back to Great Clips again. It does not show much respect to me or your business to not inform the customer why your sitting reading a magazine.
