The same thing happened to me today but Digital Star took out $499.99.  Right now the funds are on hold.  I have to hope they don't take it out.  My bank is working on this with me.  Has anyone gotten their money back.

    Don't expect this "merchant" to fix the problem, as it appears they aren't even in business, even if their account with some payment processor is still active.

    This is not a "billing dispute".  It's fraud and theft.  You never authorized ANY charge from this "company".  The way you get your money back is by your bank yanking it back in response to your fraud dispute.  If they fail to do that, make sure it's their loss, not yours.

    If this is being charged against a checking account, it is probably accessed through a debit card.
    Block the debit card.
