Lost baggage

Hello my name is anise I want to raise a complaint my reference number is editk10122 my flight number is 2352885015395 my phone number is 07450040996 .. this is the 5th of contacting  yous and still the matter has not been resolved .. I come back from Israel to Edinburgh via Istanbul on the 23rd of November I arrived in Edinburgh on 24th and didn't receive my baggage as it was still in Istanbul .. I was traveling to milton keyns in England to spend christmass with my family and had no clothes to where or any belongins as my baggage was lost ,
,,.this ruind my christmass time ... I got told I would receive my baggage on the 27th of November at my brothers address in milton keyns butt this didnt hapen I had to travel to Luton airport to pick up my baggage as the refused to deliver it so it has really caused me a lot of time and inconvenience and money . Cost me £70 to go to Luton and collect my baggage £60 on phone calls I have been contacting yous to complain on the phone for nearly 1 hour I was told 3 times now that I would receive a phone call and still waitin ! I would much apreciated it if someone could call me on 07450040996 thank you
