Constant calling

I have block this # and every spoofed number they have called.  After the canned message, once I hit to speak to a representative,  i always get the same young Asian guy. Each time he says he is removing my # from their list, but never does. One day when he called, i started yelling at him about not removing my #...in this soft low voice he said  '[***]!' When I said what he said it again. He then told me he had my card info and was going to charge it anyway. I hung up... nothing ever happened.  I never answer calls from any #s I do not know, local or not.
