I have not received your right to information of claim

Here by i put my complaint on behalf of mobile promotion draw that i have received the the certificate of 3.6 crore rupees during the India/London coca-cola award and and i have send my claim but do not received your right information that what is process or how to use this lottery prize winner certificate. So at last give me right kind of information or just give right information.  Hope for your kindly request!
