Phone rings when we answer get a recording that says all customer reps are busy and hold for the next one.  When we didn't answer we got the same message on voice mail.  This is unsolicited and we want them stopped.

    These calls are annoying and unwanted.  It is ridiculous to call someone and them ask them to wait for the next representative when you don't even know who they are.  Needless to say we don't wait for the rep who is supposedly helping other customers.

    Put your phone number on the Do Not Call list.

    Then if any telemarketer calls, file complaints with FTC.

    Never take part in drawings, or submit your name and phone number to win a prize, since these are generally used to obtain "consent" to call you by telemarketing companies.

    Their calls are getting very annoying! Just had 2 within last hour! I don't even get a message - just silence on the line! I have signed and re-signed-up with "Do not call" and still get these disturbing calls!
