Invalid Balance Deductions

This has happened with me and some of my friends too, not once but more than 4 times in the past few months.
Even though i never requested for the Airtel Missed Call Alert Service, suddenly a message is displayed, "Thanking you for using Airtel Missed Call Alert Service" and Rs.15 is deducted. When spoke to customer care executive, they refuse to agree that any such balance is deducted while once one refused to agree that I had not susbscribed for any such service.
Another is of similar kind, a message appears something like, thank you for using VAS(Value Added Services) and again Rs.15 deducted. Once i was even told that i would get the refund within 48 hrs but it was never refunded. Either the company is doing mischief or their system has a critical error that is costing our money unnecessarily. I hope this issue is resolved as quickly as possible and Im refunded my balance.
