Disgusting childcare staff

For parents with toddlers learning how to potty, Lifetime Fitness is a nightmare. They will not assist your child or even walk into the bathroom with them, let alone help wipe or help them pull pants down. My child was left in the bathroom with stool all over him, he just turned 3. The staff just opened the door, left him, and never called me to help while I was working out. I checked on him and they stated, “oh we were gonna call you...” he was already helpless and and mess by then. They neglected him. I’m disgusted and appalled with Lifetime Fitness.
