Damage to my property as aresult of a new service by the Direct tv technician. They ask for photos, account number, phisical address area codeand phone #. A brief description, Professional repair estimate, e mail address etc. All hve sent certified mail twice to: Direct tv damage claim PO Box 4227 Englewood, CO 80155 They keep sending the same letter asking for the above wich I have send it twice.     Direct tv technician can to my house in December 2011, he cause damage to the side of my house. I have been calling trying to get someone to fit it with no resolve.January I call with no help. February pass by with no help! I call in March and April the serves department kept given me the run around.I have send in a professional repair estimate and pictures, and I have made the repairs myself. I have been waiting 4 a month to receive the monies I have put out for damages I did not cause. Can anyone help me?
