Cursed these a--holes out. Told them I don't have a payday loan. Contacted Level 3 Communications Fraud Department to get the number shut down. Level 3 is a # reseller. Contact them at 720-888-1000. They will contact their customer to have the number shut down. I will also be contacting my local police dept and FBI as this scam is originating on American soil.

Complaints start Nov. 2011.  Reports are consistent with an overseas Indian or Pakistani scam.

Fake payday loan debt collection is a common scam, both from crooks overseas, as well as some in the U.S.

Overseas scammers often use VoIP to call from U.S. area codes.

Most likely this scam is operating from overseas, unless Level 3 tells you otherwise.

Having payday loan is a big responsibility because you will learn on how to manage your debts and spend your money wisely. In times of financial crisis applying for loans is important especially if you are in dire need for extra money.

Customers typically do not have a problem when they get a personal loan. However, one city in California is looking for a way to better regulate the industry. It passed a 45-day memorandum to be in place while a bill is drafted and passed. The bill is going to, just like the memorandum; require that no new payday loan lenders start a business. Ideally, having a limited number of shops accessible will make it easier for the customers.
