Hi, I got this message from airtel today at 8:41 am from AD-54321 : "Thanks for using Pack Purchase subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs 28". I had Rs 28 only in my account that got deducted and i was not able to call the coustomer care also..
I have not used this service nor have requested for its activation. Please deactivate it and refund my money.
