Doesn’t work final straw , extremely frustrated

I bought this washer and drier set together less than 2 1/2 years ago. It’s been trouble ever since, the washer is always off balance and makes this loud bang noise in the house that scares my 1 year old daughter to death , she won’t go around the laundry room if she hears it or drier running. We have had to wash the same load of clothes 3 and 4 times to get them clean, clothes come out with detergent residue on them, sometimes they all don’t get wet, sometimes the water remains after the cycle is supposedly done, etc  and I’ve managed to deal with all the above even though I should not have had to deal since they were new when I purchased but I did cause I’m not a complainer much but now the dang thing has stopped all together with a load of clothes completely under water.ive gotten them out and dipped the water out and retried washer, all I’m getting is a buZz noise and no action. We looked underneath and the belt is still intact and nothing appears off so what do I do now? Before I leave Maytag appliances forever I thought I’d try asking for advice and or help cause I think a person should get more service time out of the machine than 3 years.
