Poor Service, unclean tableware

I went to Red Lobster today fir my 43rd birthday. We were never properly greeted,the hostess told us just sit over there because I don't wanna hear all them kids. We sat and waited for a waitress for 47min and never got an apology for the wait. When we got our food the children's plates were brought out 10min after the adults there were two dirty plates and a dirty cup. When asked to speak with a Mgr I was told ain't nothing gonna be changed we short two people. I expressed my complaints to the Mgr and was told if your not happy you can choose somewhere else to dine next time. I spent 76.00 not once did I ask for anything for free, the service was horrible and I'm very upset about the service I received.  Times are hard and I paid for trash!
