Poor quality

First I want to say that I never write reviews, but feel strongly about this! I have had my England sectional which I purchased from Darvin Furniture in Illinois for 2 years now. I did not like it right away because I noticed that the back cushions had differing amounts of filling in them. One out of 7 is filled properly; even when I fluff them, it does not help to make them look much better. The seat cushions are mostly over-filled, and therefore do not stay in place well or fit the couch well. Also, on 3 of them, the material in the front was "baggy"--just poor craftsmanship overall. When Darvin called to check if I was satisfied, I told her about this and per her request, sent a picture of the baggy material. She said she would have someone come out from the England company to fix it, but that never happened. I didn't follow-up; I just decided to never buy from England or Darvin again. Really wish I would have thought of looking at reviews before I wasted $2,000!!! I am now looking at a replacement!
