charge on visa statement

No longer have email Jstuart@yaknet.ca. The internet provder no longer honored this email and cancel back in 2014. I been trying to let Avast security know to stop debiting my visa card with no luck. They know that email is no longer open. They debit again Oct 11/2017 $69.99. Please have them credit my card back, and contact me.
