On going phone calls all hours of the day and night!

I just received  yet another Card Member Services phone call..Per the instructions to get to talk to an actual person i pressed 9..I asked the "person",and i use that term loosely,that i want their phone calls to my home to stop..This moron proceeds to talk over me,and when i repeatedly said "excuse me"and informed him that i DO NOT WANT ANYMORE OF THEIR CALLS..He proceeds to calling me a [***] several times..How do i get these calls to stop?I have gotten calls from them, like i said all hours of the day and night and i am FED UP!!!!!!
