charge i no nothing about!

my name is Ms. ola I was looking over my bank account and seen that I was charge $6. 99 for something i no nothing about. i don't even have account with this company. i see I'm not the only one that have complaint's. all i'm asking is will you put the money in my account.  i think it very wrong to take money off peoples cards to pay for items that i  no nothing about. i just want my money back on my card its not much but its mines. i'm on a fix income so every penny counts.
