deceptive business practices

When I ordered Wen ... there was nothing mentioned about ongoing charges to my credit card.  However if you read the print section (which most peope don't read) on the paperwork provided with the product,  it will say you will receive ongoing charges and a 90 day supply.  I believe this should be made very apparent when you actually order the product.  I gave it as a gift, so I never saw the paperwork which said it.  Also once you call and get through the prompts, they tell you it will be 4 - 6 weeks for processing once they receive it back.  
Big scam if you ask me.  If they believed in their product, they would make this very clear!
