Direct buy scam

I have been dealing with problems myself. I used this company for my warrenty as well. I cancelled at the beginning of the year. They have been promising me a refund check since the beginning of august. About twice a month I get lied to about how they sent me a check. I have even been laugh at be the sales rep with my when expressed how they have done me wrong. I even filed a complaint with the better business and they refuse to comment back.
