He is a neighbor to 11802 Edgewood Lane and his complaint was about a former tenant who's gone.

This neighbor on Edgewood Lane is wrong about the 11802 address.  The tenant who was a problem has left over 7 months ago. These neighbors have their 2 kids living with them, 2 cars, 3 trucks, pull-trailer approximately 35 feet in the driveway and they hog the parking spots on the street.  I never complain, but when I saw his complaint, I am responding/
