I lost my 1 big box of books

I am writing quite late but its good to inform about these morons.I hired them for shifting my household items from pune to bangalore.First suggestion if you are going to any of the packers and movers then before finalizing go to their office first to check if it is the registered one.I did the mistake here.Anyways I hired them and the guys who came at my plce were highly careless .These people will simply send any random contract based labours who actua;ll dont care about your stuffs.Once everything was done I went with them to their NIGDI office in Pune.When I reached they started forcing me to pay complete money which I denied and paid around 5000 there.Once the luggage reached at my place they were like first pay the rest of the amount and then only we ll get it out from the truck.after having so much discussion with themn n their office I agreed to pay the amount.As soon as the luggage was out of the truck the truck driver who took the money left my place without informing me, And the guys when I asked they were not from Agarwal also they told that on contract basi they have came.And they were not even ready to assemble any of the househols like bed and all.After counting my stuffs I realised I lost one big carton of books.I informed the office and they were like they do not have the box and the guy was like I ll pay 500 or 1000 rs.And for me the loss was more than 60000.I was cheated .So beware of these idiots. their number I ll mention here..  7259325544, 080-41306669
