Fraudulent charges!

Some "CJW Holdings" has debited my checking account for $84.97 on June 5th, 2007 without my authorization for a product that I know nothing about.

The website that I apparently "bought from" is Extremeleanrx.com. They sell diet pills. I don't need any diet pills, and would never shop at such scummy looking website.

I tried to call the number that was on our bank statement 1-866-882-3186 but all I get is an automated answering machine!

Legal action needs to be taken against this company for making unauthorized charges to consumers' accounts. This is fraud and it is illegal.

My checking account was charged the same amount on June 4, 2007.  You're up one on me...I don't even know what they say I ordered and I want to know how the heck this CJW Holdings got my credit card number!!!  When I called the number on my bank statement, I got the automated answering device also.  How does one go about taking legal action?

this too has happened to me with a company called adiprine rx but I notice they have the same phone number as your company.  Did you possibly just cancel an aol subscription.
