Unending cell phone calls
Complaint
Nick Walters
Country: United States
213-228-8111 calls me every hour, every day, at all times of the day. I am extremely annoyed and from what I've read, others feel the same way. This number has shown up on several sites of people having the same issues.

Another number they call under is 213-452-6539
They are a bunch of telemarketers selling some "government grant" scam. They have been not only routinely violating the Do Not Call list, and cell phone autodialer telemarketing prohibitions, but are frequently reported to engage in such calls 10 to 20 times a day to the same number. They are probably the current number one Do Not Call violator.
According to this complaint, either a class action lawsuit has been filed against them, or an Attorney General has sued them. Not sure what state.

I have notified the attorney general. As I am on the do not call list, they have had complaints. There is currently a do not call class action lawsuit and i have signed up to be a part of it. Sounds like the general attorneys office is pretty much 99% sure a big claim is going to come of this from this class action lawsuit.
It's a scam and the authorities are basically on to it.

Here they try to appear legitimate in response to a complaint.
They appear to have operations in Las Vegas NV, and Utah.
