I was recently on the web page trying to see how the offers work out and I got into Chat in where the technician was suposed to help me out creating my new service. At the end I was told I was going to be charged $49.99 plus taxes but right away I see a charge on my account of almost $65. So I canceled the order because it was not what I was told. The day after I called the company to do the service order by phone, I let them know that that was my first time creating a cable account and that I pick DISH because on Direct TV web page I saw clearly on th epage that the promotions were for a 24 month contract. They didnt told me anything at he moment that they also only have 24 month agreements, they made me think I was having a 12 month agreement and set everything up. When tehy offered me the DVR upgrade I asked them that if the service didnt work for me if I was going to be able to take it out of my bill and they say "absolutely" without saying that for that I was going to have to make another agreement. & days later I call to take ut the DVR service an at that moment for the first time I they told me that my agreement is for 24 months and that in order to take ut the DVR service I was goin to have to make another 24 agreement. That is all fraud and no customer service at all!
