MONEY MISSING FROM ACCOUNT!!!

When I checked bank account this morning there was a debit for 85.45 from this company. Ironically my husbands debit card didnt work yesterday and when I brought this matter to my husband he had stated that he received a phone call the other day stating his card was deactivated and to call a number to reactivate.  Apparently He was HAD I believe, because we bank with chase and I would think that if that was accurate we would have gotten something in the mail DIRECTLY from them!!!  So, Im off to the BANK this morning to submit this information to the FRAUD department!!!!

    Block and deactivate all debit or check cards.  They are not secure, they connect directly to your checking account, and the legal protections are weaker than credit cards.

    Use only credit cards for on-line or retail purchases.  Use ATM cards with PINs only for cash at your bank's own ATM machines.  Use checks only for payments to creditors you already know and trust, such as mortage, rent, utilities, banks, etc.

    Limit your exposure to the risk of fraud, and limit your damages should it occur.

    On June 10th I purchased - on line- the 2010 Kaspesky protection package.  The charge for this service was applied to my credit card.  They tell me that I have no protection at this point, that my protection has ended because I did not purchase a new license.  I have the activation nuumber I was given at the time of purchase, and have tried to activate the service 4 times, each time I was told that the activation was complete.  I still have no service.  What is going on????
