Received simultaneous calls on house and cell phones ft om same number....805-233-6999. Ignored both calls and will in the future.

Voxee is a VoIP telecom..
VoIP is commonly used by telemarketing call centers, but also by scammers. Sounds like someone is getting ready to play some "games". If you get further harassing call, contact the telecom, Voxee, to report use of their network for harassment or fraud. If they won't assist in controlling the problem, file a complaint against them with the FCC.
