I am Tulsidas Tiwari Idea prepaid custumer from last 5 years. I was in Egypt toor from 25 march 11 to 19 july11. In this period my Idea prepaid no.9926040415 had registration failed & without any sms or information from idea , they have alloted new sim for same no. to other person.
