Saw the ad on tv, called to order, before I completed order, told the lady I wanted to check the company out first.  She stated she would send the product anyway and I could pay for it when it got there.  I told her don't send it twice, she hung up on me.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...SHADY!!!!!!

Not surprising.  These scams are set up to obtain consumer account information and cram as many charges as they can get away with.  The only way to stop their charges once they have your account or card number is to close the account or block the card number.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

Do NOT trust any cancellation or refund promises, as such scams will say anything to delay you past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute periods during which your bank can just yank back their stolen money.  Dispute with your bank, and follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

Do NOT use checking accounts, debit cards, or check cards  for any payments to anyone you do not know and trust.  Limit their use to payments to trusted creditors such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.  Use only credit cards for retail or online payments, as the fraud protections are stronger and it is less disruptive to block credit card numbers when fraud occurs.

To put it simply. Colon Flow is not a scam at all. Colon Flow helped me tremendously I can finally feel normal gain and not have that constant urge to run to the bathroom. I got my free trial for $11.80 which was the shipping charge and I was clearly told that I would be re-billed after 30 days. I figured hey, if it works then Ill buy it and if not I only paid 11.80 to better myself. I only need to take it for about 2 weeks before I started feeling better. So i used there bottom of the bottle guarantee and returned the empty bottle. I wasnt charged a single penny more. Its obvious to me that the people complaining were just too lazy to return the product. Moving forward I recommend Colon Flow to everyone who is suffering from irregular bowel functions and if you need to buy some I think you can order at 1-888-224-5205. And if anyone from Colon Flow is reading this I wanna say thank you very much for helping to cleanse my body and the 3 lbs of weight that I lost ;) Money Well Spent

    Oh yes it's a scam
I'm sure you must work for them or a fool. I asked a lot of questions including the ingredients. The amount of cascara in the product isn't listed "proprietary" lets anyone know something is fishy. The ingredients on the bottom of the list have nothing to do with cleaning the colon or constipation. Cascara and/or psyillium can be purchased at Walmart fir pennies in comparison. A bottle of 30 colon cleanse is worth about $2.

I'd say the you're the [***] for selling the product. You don't work for them anymore so why don't you tell the folks the truth? Don't be a fool for the company. Why did you quit?

I too called the number on the TV and ordered the one time trial, one bottle of Colon Flow it was eleven dollars and eighty cents.  I was under so much pressure to buy more I got suspicious and googled Colon Flow fraud and I read many complaints against them so I closed out my band account and sure enough the next thing I know I was billed for eighty nine dollars and sixty cents.  I called Colon Flow and tried to reason with them they only said pay the amount and it resulted in Colon Flow turning me over to SKO-Brenner-American, Inc. A collection agency in New York.  I tried to reason with them and all they said I was to pay the eighty nine dollars and sixty cents.

I googled SKO-Brenner- American and found where they were involved in collection policies that had caused them a law suite in California.

I googled Arizona State Attorney General's Office and I called them and the next day I received the forms to fill out to file a complaint against SKO-Brenner-American.  In a few days I received a letter from the Attorney Generals office saying they were attempting to contact SKO-Brenner American in New York.
I just received a letter from the Attorney Generals office saying my case with SKO-Brenner- American was closed.  I owe them nothing,  Thanks to the lawyers in the Attorney Generals Office in Phoenix AZ.

This costs me nothing and I did not even have to go to court.  I figure I really got justice fast with very little effort
    on my part.

Son of an 85 y/o mother

My mother went in the nursing home last month, and I discovered several bogus charges on her credit card, including Colon Flow.  She says she told a sales rep not to send it and it showed up anyway.  It's such a shame that the people they rip off can least afford to pay.  I've had to cut off the credit card, and am working on filing state and federal complaints against Colon flow an 4 other companies.  One company called "DLH Easy Living" has been charging her $24.99 a month for almost a year, and I cant even find out what they are supposed do for that fee.

What I dont understand is why the credit card companies, who get these complaints dont cut them off from their system, unless they are in bed with them , too.

OK, I saw the add on TV and thought it would help with my troubles, for which I have tried a variety of over the counter and doctor prescribed products with no success.   An  impulse by to be sure.  I've never ordered anything this way  before.  An "Alex" answered  #`1348.   The conversation was a little off-putting, with lots of personal questions about my bowel habits which seemed to be geared to deciding how much I might be willing to pay.   There were "a few trials left" for my area, and I was offered a 30 day trial for $11.80.   Then the fun started.   To get the product in 5-7 days, it was $9.99 extra.  I was told clearly a subscription for 2 bottles of 30 capsules each at $44.80 would begin automatical;y if I did not cancel after the trial and return the unused product.   I was offered the option to sign up for the subscription now, without having tried the product and I declined.   When I balked at the monthly cost and asked to cancel the order, the product was discounted to $32.95 per bottle.   When I said this was too expensive I was offered a buy-one-get-one-free deal.   I became increasingly suspicious.   After my order was completed and confirmed on my credit card, I was told I would be sent 2 free excercise DVDs.
I was told I would be signed up for an automatic probiotics program and declined.   I was told I would be signed up for a grocery and "value coupons" discount program and declined.   I was told I would be automatically signed up for a gas card and declined.    When I said "the answer to every question about additional products is no" I was told "bear with me" and the trial subscription offers continued.   I asked for assurances that I was not being signed up for anything else and Alex acknowledged with some disappointment that this was the case.    Alex was cordial and accomodating, but the pitch was fierce and relentless.   The entire call lasted 25 minutes.   I googled the company, read about the repeated unwarranted charges on customer credit cards and automatic side offer commitments and became concerned.    I blocked and cancelled my credit card 10 minutes after the call as a precaution.   I will return the product and pay the $9.99 shipping should it arrive, or send a money order for the $21.79 and keep it.  I will never respond to a TV ad this way again.
