Credit Card "Lower Your Interest Rate" Offers

Receiving a call once or twice a week by a computer voice to lower my credit card interest rates . I'm prompted to press 1 to speak to a rep, so I do, so I can tell them to put me on the do not call list. This guy comes on the phone, I tell him, and bam the su@k-a hangs up on me, before I can get it out. SCAM writen all over this. Beware of phone #'s 1-760-680-6895 1-513-417-0498 1-612-206-0449
