Unauthorized withdraw of 2.95 to be refunded and 2 accounts cancelled.

I called your company and told them I did not authorize any withdrawals to join any service you offered. Then I found out I was signed up for 2 accounts which were to be cancelled. I called my bank and told them not to allow any withdrawals by your company and any company affiliated with your company. I will now call NIPSCO and inform them of the scam being pulled by your company when I called the NIPSCO customer service department who in turn signed me up for two accounts. I see many complaints and don't understand why you continue to scam NIPSCO customers. I am now watching my checking account very closely to make sure you don't take any other charges out of my account and make SURE I do receive the $2.95 back in my account. The customer service rep. spoke very broken English and I told him I didn't understand him and he told me to just say OK so we could continue on. I was so surprised that someone representing my power company would have the never to pull such a scam. When I called Taste 4 Savings I was told I would get my refund and they would cancel both accounts I was signed up for. Needless to say I have NO desire to receive any credits toward any store since I am a shut in and do not leave the house except to go to the doctor. Life is hard enough without having this headache added to everything else.
