I recently paid the balance of my LL Bean account-I have had the account for fifteen years and always paid my bill on time and as I said just paid the balance off. My complaint is LL Bean sent me a bill for 2.00 for a statement fee. I was insulted by this. After being a good customer how can they treat people like this. Please reply. Thank you

    Stop using store accounts.  Their terms aren't very competitive.  Order everything by credit card.

    If they would rather pay merchant fees to the banks, rather than handle statement billing themselves, fine.
