Automaticaly activation of house of models service and airtel customer care personnel denying this.

Today at 8.30 am I got. Message from airtel that   the above service has been activated and RS 75 has been charged. I called customer care to stop it and refund my. Money but he is taking no responsibility. What should I do. Please solve it.
