They call all day  long  sometimes 2-3 times a day --comes on Hi this is Rachel from Card member services  --something like this  there is nothing wrong with your credit but this is to reduce your interest rates  if you no longer wish to recieve this call press 3 to stop  press 1 to talk to live agent --I  have pressed 1  and when they answer i say I want off this call list they hang up on me --when I push 3 to end calls it just disconnects and teh calls keep coming.

    I just got a call from this number and when I asked to speak to a supervisor because something didn't seem right.....he laughed and said NO! I said, I would like to speak to a supervisor please! He said not if I say no.....and that's too f-ing bad lady!! Then he hung up!!! Oh my gosh!! I'm completely SHOCKED!! I tried to call the number back and of course it's just a recording! Yikes!! Creepy.

    Have received several calls from this number, this last time I called it back and got a recording asking what number I wanted to place on their "Do not call list". I entered my phone number and got a confirmation (digital message) that it would be added. We'll see!

    I just got the infamous call from "Rachel", the robotic voice of Card Member Services...I am on the the National DNC List, but Rachel obviously does not care, after all she is a robot! Well, my intent is to find the owner of this number and file suit in Small Claims court for violating my rights under DNC. At least i can get a judgement that is enforcible against them and make money on THEIR arrogant attitude toward the law!

    I got the same call, didn't answer.  No message was left in my mail box. I just dialed *57 then hang up. Do the same.

    I've been getting calls from these idiots for 2+ years now, every time i ask to speak to a manager they hang up or give me the same BS promise of removing me from their calling list! The government needs to get involved in this and shut these annoying arrogant disrespectful pricks down permanently!!

    Yeah, I get the stupid calls too but our government doesn't care about us or our minor irritations.  They don't have the time or money to respond to our complaints.  If they had the time or cared they still wouldn't do anything because they're putting all our taxpayer dollars into the NSF so that they can monitor every phone call and online post made in the US, including this one.  Sorry about your luck.
