This company is sending me Glamour  and Allure magazines. I have called to Glamour and Allure to complaint and they told me that a third party company named Keystone Circulation Services is sending these magazines to my address. In addition, I have been receiving the Latina magazine which I also have not subscribed, same story, I called and sure enough a third party is sending me the magazine, this time is Priority One Clearing, I called them and their phone number is out of service.

There are scams that send a few magazines, then start calling and billing, claiming the target "subscribed" or "could have cancelled but the cancellation period is past" etc.  This type of scam typically tries to also inflate up the "subscription to ridiculous amounts for just cheap consumer magazines, claims a "multiyear uncancellable contract", etc.

It's not clear whether Keystone is sending these magazines without consumers ordering, and then billing for them.  If you get a bill, it's clearly fraud and violates specific postal regulations, so you would file fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.

The safest approach is to loudly cancel replies to They have other similar complaints..

Don't waste your time with Keystone.  Publishers depend totally on the US Mail, and can't afford to [***] USPS.
Contact the magazines directly and notify them that you did not subscribe to their product and demand they cease sending you unwanted magazines.  If they are not cooperative, send a letter notifying them of the same, and that you are filing a complaint with the US Postal Inspector.  Then file those complaints.

File similar complaints with BBB against the publishers, to make your complaint publicly visible to others who might be dealing with the same problem.  The publishers will generally respond to BBB complaints, and they'd be fools to not fix it.  They're not that stupid.

Please see my post. People can use their state's consumer protection office of their Attorney General and also report it to the state where the business are. I'm not sure if the FTC gets involved. Going to do the USPS to. Using the mail for fraud is a Felony.

Yes, Keystone is sending unsolicited "Free Trials" then churning the "clients". I'm concerned they are mining the information, like phone numbers, for other crimes like identity theft. Don't leave call back numbers because the can do a reverse look up and get more and more of your info.

I'm in the middle of being churned by Priority One's "Partners" so far Keystone Group Ltd. seems to be the root but I had to follow a chain to get to Capital Magazine Service. The number I was give went to a voice mail box for call back, like Keystone. I found their website and call that number, 888-882-5082, and gave them the reference number from Priority One and they cancelled all promotional subscriptions. I feel this has become a predatory marketing scam because people don't do magazines. I will been filing complaints with my state Attorney Generals Office and Pennsylvania's Attorney General where these companies reside. I would encourage you to do the same, even if you get it resolved because others are being targeted everyday.

I am receiving Allure magazine and Family Circle magazine. I did not subcribe to either of these. Please cancel any and all subscriptions you may have on file for me.
