Tearing clothes

We purchased the whirlpool duet washer less then 2 years ago, and its beginning to wear or tear holes in our clothing. We have lost hundreds of dollars in clothing. I want to know what is being done to fix the problem, which is obviously is a defect that you have been aware for some time but continue to sell these washing machines with these defects. I have read hundreds of complaints concerning the same problem. I have been a loyal whirlpool customer for years, but if my problem isn't resolve I will never purchase whirlpool again, and will tell everyone I know the same. I want this problem solved or I'm contacting the better business bureau and the stats attorney general
