It's an order cramming scam..
They have lots of similar complaints, where people report receiving unordered books and bills for them. It is illegal to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail. It's a form of mail fraud. File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
