Membership Cancellation

One star is not enough to explain how [***] and deceitful this place is. The chase you to get their membership and then when you try and cancel they give you the run around. People should not sign up for their personal training especially a contract. They will lure you into offers and when you try and cancel they will give all sorts of excuses. One of the worst gyms i have ever had a membership with. Their trainers are not consistent . They leave due to [***] pay( Trainer told me) and they charge their customers an arm and leg. They say they give you 3 options to cancel membership for personnel training but in reality none works. Also when you call they say you need to come in and when you go in they tell you that oh i am sorry i cannot help you. One of the worst places to be again I iterate. The pool is filled with chlorine and burns your eyes when you go there.
