I have been billed for product QLFV15 I do not want it and can't find directions to return it.  I have received 2 invoices for this book but nothing about returning it.  Don't send any more books and let me know how to return the one I have.

    It's a cramming scam..
    Whenever you receive a bill for unordered merchandise, file a fraud complaint with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
