ok everyone mt story is the opposite I am western union quick collecting them large principle payments to pay off the car early and now they will not speak to me on the phone they shut off my ability to see my account online and on the phone. They keep telling me I have to talk to a manaher but no manager ever calls. They will not even admit that they are gettting my money and i habe to pay this car off quick. TOnya

You better keep close track of the money you are sending, including keeping originals of all the Western Union payment documentation. If there is a mechanism to verify through Western Union that they received the money, you would be wise to verify that.
You should also send them a certified letter demanding an account statement showing all your payments to date. Indicate in your letter that they have cut off your online access to your account information, and have not been responding to your phone calls. Include in your letter a summary of the payments you have made, including dates, and any Western Union tracking numbers.
If you fail to get a prompt response, and an accurate written account of your payments applied to your loan balance, your next step is to contact the state agency responsible for regulation of auto lending. You can find out which agency this is by contacting your state Attorney General.
