    hope your company knows there is a special website that is set up for at&t dissatisified customers an it make the company look bad,i feel there pain it will take a week ,5 business days to simply turn my phone back on after a requested suspension,or to get someone out to my house 5 count them 5 business days...

    Not a good number
    I tried that 314-331-9802 number and it's no good.  According to the guy who answered, Pat Albright doesn't work for AT&T anymore.  He also said he's not part of customer service anyways.
