I left my iphone on plane flight JM44 from phila to Montego Bay. I knew immediately but no one at airport could let me go back on plane to retrieve it. I want to know if it was found ( not sure how it could not be found as it was in seat pocket of my seat, 13A ). Air Jamaica rep would not pick up phone at airport. 800 number either would not answer or put me on hold for many minutes then cut me off.
I sent 3 emails to customer service already---- no response!!!
What makes it even more frustrating was that a medical person was needed on flight for a sick passenger. I am a doctor and volunteered and helped out. No one even thanked me!!
This is my last attempt at contacting your airline.After this I will take this public.
I was told Air Jamaica will be contacting me regarding the medical issues that occurred during the flight. If you can do that, why can't you address this simple issue? DO YOU EXPECT ME TO HELP YOUR AIRLINE OUT WHEN THIS IS THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED??

The Airport Manager was contacted regarding your lost iPhone and an investigation has been initiated. The Customer Relations Department does not show a complaint on file for you, in a effort to ensure that this is actioned can you please send it again to FlyAirJ@AirJamaica.com?
