They stole our expensive goods

We shifted from Pune to Hyderabad recently and a week after reaching Hyderabad we realised that a packet which contained Camera, two electric shavers and three watches were missing. This packet as the packer says was in a box. Though we received all the boxes the packet which was stored in the box is missing. It seems that the packers at Pune have stolen the packet. The camera itself is worth Rs.60,000 and rest of the watches and shavers cost more than Rs. 40,000. We called them repeatedly and they have asked us to file a police complaint in Pune and said that they cannot do anything else. We are in a helpless situation now. We want to contact higher authorities of Agarwal, but we do not have any contact numbers. We paid hefty amount to agarwal for the service including insurance of around Rs.12000 and now we are in a very bad condition.
