Who is this outfit (DRI*Trend Micro, Minnetokka MN)??? My elderly mother checks her Cr. Card Statement every month, and was about to give it up as a waste of time since she always reconciles it with her receipts. Then, this DRI Trend Micro charge of $35.95 shows up on her statement with no receipt in her stash (she never orders anything on-line!) AT&T Universal Master Charge reversed the charge, and no harm done, but someone needs to put these folks in jail!!! Don't scam the elderly! It's bad charma!!! Thanks AT&T for the quick reversal!!!

    Samething happened to me , I bought a new computer and I do not have Dri-Trend micro On it and they charged me , I called them and they promised to reimburse me the money , if they dont they will be reported to the government of both the United States and the Canadian government

    I purchassed Trend micro in 2009 ONCE!  I dont even have that same computer any more.  I just now noticed that they have taken $40 out of my account for the past 3 years.  They are refusing to refund anything after 30 days.  I am prosecting to the fullest, not sure where that will take me yet.  So far i have frauded them with my back and the BBB.   Any one know where to go from here?
