This person is harrasing me for a lawsuit about a money collection. The ways they ask me to use to send them the money are not correct.  The computers of western union and walmart blocked me.  I cant send money to anyone, even my family because of this persons.

    Sounds like a scam..
    Scammers commonly ask for money to be sent by untraceable and unreverseable means, including western union and other money transfer or prepaid debit cards.  Once you transfer the money, they disappear and there's no way to get the money back.
