They have roaches that they said was there state bug.

The the room they put me and my husband in had roaches.  When I called the front desk to complain the work didn't act surprised about it at all. So I asked to speak to a manager I was told that one will be available at 8am. We packed up and went to the front desk. I asked for a manager and a different work named Tiffany rudely state she was the only person I was going to be able to talk to until 9am. She started it was a state bug not a roach. Its was clearly a roach. I took a picture.  She wouldn't even look at the picture. The customer service was horrible. It 9am and I'm still waiting on a manager.
