Cancellation

I have been with Lifestyle Fitness for about 2 years and in October I cancelled my membership. I looked at my statement and I saw that Life Time Fitness charged me $10.00 a month for freezing my account. I freezed it for like a month then I cancelled it. So far they have taken $65.00 out of my credit card, so I went back to Life Time Fitness in my area and they filled out a form for me. I asked them since I pretty much gave them free money could I at least get a free month working out. The only thing they told me was if I come back to the gym to sign up with them and they will give me a 30 day free trial. They were not helping me at all. Anyone that signs up with Life Time gets a 30 day trial, they were not doing me any favors. I would like to get my money back and I will never join that gym again.
