Scam

I keep having a 205 # Call my cell phone now they are sending me a message saying I won the $1000 gift card from target.  It says my entry last month has won. Enter 1280 to claim gift card.  I have done any entries to my knowledge.  Wont open it though cause I think someone is trying to Hack me!
