data phishishing/verizion

I have been receiving unsolicited calls to my personal phone (Apple iPhone 15 Plus, 831-744-3783), including numbers I never authorized. Some of these calls appear to be phishing attempts or sharing of my personal number without consent. Despite my phone not working properly for the past month, calls continued to be logged, including suspicious and unauthorized numbers such as:

These calls include work/organization lines (Snjs West, Snjs North, Snfc Cntrl) and toll-free numbers, as well as incoming calls from locations I have no association with (Cheyenne, WY; Bloomington, IL).
