We bundles with Dish Internet recently, before I even decided to go with Dish I looked around for other options in our area which are very slim. Our whole purpose was to get rid of our home phone along with phone lines and bundle everything into one package. My other option was AT&T which I wished I went with this option instead of Dish.

First off I spoke to a nice man named Craig, Craig assured me Dish Internet would be faster than my DSL going through Centurylink. I repeatedly told him I work from home every once in a while and I must have a fast internet connection. He assured me Dish Internet was fast as long as we do not use it to stream movies.
This should have been my first red flag!!!!

Secondly, my husband had to call Dish the day after it was installed due to no connection. The guy that installed our Internet was on his way over but before he got there I went and checked all the cords and found one that was not in all the way. I clicked it back in and we were up and running. The guy still came out. It's a nice guy.

Thirdly, I was logging into work from home on Friday 4/24/14. I was not able to connect. Tried several times and I could not connect! It finally connected after 15 min. I called Dish Tech support and spoke to a woman. I don't remember her name. She ran me through speed test and it shows I was connecting @ 9.8 Mbps.
Then she proceeds to tell me it must be my computer and I should take it to be checked out. I said funny! It's been running fine until we got Dish Internet!!!
This woman was unfriendly, not helpful, rude, and the topper she made me feel like a complete idiot! I know computers! No one should make anyone feel this way.
