phone calls everyday

Everyday there is an automated phone message warning that some one in the household has an upcomming court date--but there's not.  These phone calls come nearly everyday.  The phone number is blocked, and it's not really the court system at all.

    What else do they say?

To be an effective scam, there would have to be some way to establish contact with you, the victim, and to lead to obtaining identity or account information that could be used to con you out of your money.  Either they would have to get you to contact them, or a live person would have to come on the line for the con to proceed.

I have never heard of a court calling to remind anyone of anything.  You snooze, you lose.

You might just try contacting the Public Defender's office, as they might be the most likely to use an autodialer to remind their "clients".  They would at least be able to tell you whether they make such calls, and if so, there might be a way to get your number removed from their call list.
